Are you applying to become a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Declarations? If so, your application needs to be signed by your local MP. Once you have completed your application, including the referee forms, please forward them to our office for Steve Dickson’s signature. We then forward your application to the Department of Justice and Attorney-General.

If you have completed 25 years or more as a JP or Commissioner for Declarations, your service will be recognised by a certificate from the Attorney-General. In order to apply for a certificate of service, please contact our office.
